From taking a LOOK INSIDE, I think this author seems to purposely miss the thesis of Harris' book, and a takes as his starting point that there is more to mind than what the brain does. No evidence based arguments are made to support his position.

The Author's a Muslim and has spent a considerable amount of time writing books in response to Sam Harris's work. A bitter theist perhaps? I will let you decide.

As you can see from the other review, this book is far more interested in semantics than engaging in any kind of real discourse.

"Epistle to a Sam Harris Nation" shows in the Sam Harris book, many of the same errors
that I have found on my own study of the Moral Arguments of Sam Harris.

For example, if you read carefully, you will find that Harris employs a very cunning trick.
Here's how the trick works.

Logic relies upon two determinates, referred to, as everyone knows, as True or False, in regard to statements.

The trick Sam Harris is apparent, but many people, simply do not catch the error in the thinking of Sam Harris in regard to his Moral ideas.
Sam Harris does not argue that any Moral proposition is either True or False, but if you read carefully, you will see eventually that all Harris is really saying,
is that a MORALITY based upon Scientific Knowledge, is .....(and here's the trick)...."Possible".

Logic, has never been traditionally associated with determinations as to Possibility, and yet, Harris relies entirely upon Possibility as his basic knowledge claim regarding Morality.

Also, it is vital that readers fully grasp the extent to which Sam Harris (and the other New Atheist authors, Richard Dawkins, Daniel Dennett, and Chrisotpher Hitchens) rely upon such cunning deceptions in their books. Harris proclaims boldly that Science lacks substantial knowledge on Moral issues, but that doesn't prevent Harris from making all kinds of grandiose and unsubstantiated claims about Scientifc Knowledege about Morals.

In addition, readers will eventually discover massive flaws in the thinking of Sam Harris on Morality.
