I looked everywhere for a large bag of Epsom Salts and they were usually very expensive or the bags were way too large elsewhere. This bag is the perfect size. I use it for soaking instead of gardening, but it does the trick, especially after a hard workout. I always feel more relaxed and can sleep much better after using it.
