Customer was satisfied with this replacemnt printer.
Bought this printer for a customer who needed it to replaced one that was damaged in a water leak. He previously had an Epson lx 300 model, so i got him this as a replacement and he's totaly satisfied with it.

Jams Paper, Does not pull it evenly, impossible to use
Tried to use it to print on EMS shipping labels. This printer does not takes these forms. Wasted like 50 forms and gave-up.

I need a new machine to replace one that was giving me problems. When I checked a repaire shop about it, I was told that it would probably cost as much to fix as replace. So the option to replace it was sought. Amazon had the replacement and it does the job.

not many information about the prices to ship it to my country... i paid almost $100.00 more for that. also when i receive the printer, it was with some parts broken. Any way, the printer is fast and not too loud, also it brings a usb connection wich is very usefull... i would like to know that it comes with ribbon cartridge
