At about 40% under the usual price for the ink set, I decided to take the risk that this ink might not be fresh-this Epson ink has an expiration date for 6 to 12 months past the manufacturing date, depending on storage conditions. I was very pleased to receive fresh Epson Ink 4 days after I placed the order. The day after placing my order through Amazon, I receive an email from the ink company representive, reassuring me that their products were 100% warrantied and could be returned for any reason if I was not completely satisfied. The email included a telephone number for the representive who requested a call if I had any questions about the company or my order. I have never received better service from any other company. This is definitly a 5 star outfit in all respects.
