With Micro Piezo technologyand six-color printing, the Pro 7500 produces crisp reproduction-quality photo prints that are frequently indistinguishable from standardprofessional photographs. Print speed is impressive, with the ability toprint a 24-by-34-inch print in approximately 7 minutes at the standard720 dpi setting, and 15 minutes at the highest-quality setting.
The advantage the Pro 7500 has over its sibling, the Pro 7000, is Epson'sarchival ink technology, which produces photographic prints that will lastover 200 years on a wide range of media. In addition, the instant-dryingand water-resistant ink is waterproof on some media.
The Pro 7500 can print from A4 to A1+ large formats, and it can be expanded tofunction with Adobe PostScript 3. Handling media from 8.5 to 24 incheswide, with a maximum print width of 23.76 inches and a maximum thickness of1.5 millimeters, the Pro 7500 can print on glossy, semiglossy, and mattephotographic papers, backlight film, 1.5-millimeter poster board, canvas, Tyvek,vinyl, and various watercolor papers.
