Engineered to give you optimum photographic output, this UltraChrome pigment ink provides superior resistance to water, fading, and smudging. The wide color gamut allows for truer, more realistic pictures. The 13 ml red cartridge offers an average of 400 pages based on 5% coverage, and is compatible with the Epson Stylus R800 inkjet printer. Results depend on lighting conditions, humidity, color intensity, color range, and print media. Water-resistant prints are produced using genuine Epson ink cartridges and Epson premium glossy photo papers or Epson photo paper.

My R1800 has issues with banding and feeding paper, but I doubt that the inks are involved. The prints look great and print pretty fast especially compared with the time I used to spend in the darkroom making a color print. What I imagine Amazon wants to hear is the 3 cartridges I ordered arrived in 4 or 5 days with free shipping.

I have an Epson R1800 that uses ink very quickly and the cartirdges are small. I find ordering through Amazon very convenient as a Prime member I get free 2 day shipping and the prices are very competitive.
