This is a great fine art paper, and I have been using it for years as a professional photographer. My complaint is with the way Amazon still packs it for shipping. I have just received another pack of paper with damage to the corner. Package of paper put in bottom of a box that was too big, with just some packing paper put on top. Now requires trimming in order to use, as I cannot take the time to return and replace. If they would just pad the corners properly, all would be well.

Please request Amazon to take better care in packing photo paper. Perhaps if enough people express concern, the message will get through...

I do my own fine art prints and this paper works fantastic. I use the Epson 2200 and epson has custom settings built in already for this paper for maximum printing. Highly reccommended!!!

I bought this paper to make fine art reproductions using an Epson 4490 printer and it is just wonderful (both are actually). It is amazing how the quality of the paper imparts such a different look on the image. The resulting reproduction looked so much like the original watercolor that I worked from that I was amazed. I highly recommend this paper.

I have been taking photos since I was [...] and only recently began to take this once in a blue moon hobby to heart. I went out and bought a new digital camera, learned how to use that, and then invested in an Epson Stylus Photo R1800 printer. Although never trained, people say I have a good eye which I believe is true, or else I wouldn't bother. I had been printing my photos on the Epson Luster photo paper and was very happy with the results, but wanted something softer and more artsy for the photos I chose to convert to watercolors. I read the previous review on this type of paper and decided to give it a try. I am overwhelmed with the results. If you want good quality artistic photos, USE THIS PAPER. When they first print out they are somewhat disappointing, but low and behold, as the paper and ink mesh - all I can say is OMIGOD! Tremendous. Buy it try it. You'll love it and you'll end up signing up for the next art fair!

I use this paper for my fine art prints from my original paintings, printed with Epson 9800. I know it's slightly more expensive then other paper out there, but the cost is worth it for the final quality result, I know because my customers tell me they love the quality and that what they receive DON'T look like cheap prints. Just make sure you use the matte black cartridge with the velvet paper, using the standard photo black will print the blacks in less contrast, just not the same. LOVE the textured watercolor look of this paper!

It is rare that I write a review. I do read and appreciate other reviews though. That is why I felt it is important to leave one about this paper.
In terms of quality - it does do nice print outs. In terms of printing with it - it is a nightmare!
I am using an Epson R1900. It is almost impossible to feed this paper in the manual paper feeder in a way, that is accepted by the printer. I would say at least 9 out of 10 times, does this paper not feed into the paper feeder correctly. Anybody who has to work efficiently and whose time is valuable cannot afford to buy an expensive paper and then spend hours trying to get a few prints done.
I would never, ever buy this paper again. I am really angry to have spend my money on an epson paper to use with my epson printer and then not be able to easily print.
If you own an R1900 do not buy this paper!

I use this paper to print digital fine art images. Combine it with fine tuning in photoshop (or not) and you'll have an incredible looking image that is definitely still photographic, but will have the feel of a water color print. It is a paper with a beautiful texture, but be forewarned not all printers will accept it due to size and thickness. Consult your printer's spec sheet to see if it will work for you. If it does, you'll end up with a softly textured image that will set it apart from just ordinary glossy photo paper results.

This paper is fantastic. It brings out a depth that I don't see on other paper.

This paper is great! Colors were more vibrant and seem to "pop" a little more than other papers. This is a good paper for a more artistic look to your photos.

I love this paper but just feel they should let you know it's 20 sheets and not 50. I usually order it by the roll and should have looked closer. The great deal wasn't as sweet.
