The Epson Stylus Photo 1200 ink-jet printer delivers professional-looking portfolios, posters, and presentations from your PC or Macintosh. In less than two minutes, the printer can produce 1,440 x 720 dpi six-color prints with its drop-on-demand Micro Piezo and halftone technologies. Text can be laid over any image. Quick-drying inks protect your prints from smudging or bleeding.

The Epson Stylus Photo 1200 features the smallest droplet size in its class. Six-picoliter droplets produce enhanced detail, smoother gradations, and continuous tones on a variety of standard paper and envelope sizes. The printer is also suitable for panoramas, as it is capable of producing 13-by-44-inch prints. The 128 KB input buffer easily handles large files.

The printer includes Epson's Digital PhotoLab software package. Featuring Adobe Photoshop 5.0, this software suite allows photo editing, compositing, duplicating, and reprinting. Serial, parallel, and USB ports ensure full compatibility with PC and Macintosh computers.
