The 1 star is for the Amazon Ink finder which shows this as the compatible ink for the Epson Artisan 810 Wireless Touch Screen Color Inkjet All-In-One Printer (C11CA52201). FALSE!!! The packaging in the large image states it is for the Epson Stylus Photo 820 Inkjet Printer. For the Artisan 810 you want the Epson 98 High Capacity Black Ink Cartridge for the Epson Artisan 700 and Artisan 800 Printers, the Epson T098920 98 High Capacity Color Ink Multi-Pack for Epson Artisan 700, 710, 800, and 810 (Pack of 5) or the "normal" capacity Epson 99 Color Multipack with Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Light Cyan, and Light Magenta Ink Cartridges for the Epson Artisan 700 and Artisan 800 Printers. Epson only offers the Black in High Capacity. *** The ink, being from Epson, probably qualifies for 4 or 5 stars in the correct machine. The Artisan 810 is my 3rd Epson printer and all the inks have printed excellent photos.

Item arrived when promised. Although there was an error in the order it was promprly corrected and the replacement was handled quickly and efficiently. Have always been treated with courtesy and respect by Amazon staff. Will continue to do business with them!

These cartridges (note: real Epson ink cartridges, not knock-offs) produce very high quality images (five stars). The problem is that, with respect to other criteria, they are very much lacking. For example, the cartridges need to be "cleaned" (using head cleaning feature in the print window) quite often over the course of their lifespans. Considering that this uses up about 3% of the ink cartridge each time it is done, not very cost-effective (not to mention a pain in terms of time and convenience). In addition, the cartidge indicates "low ink" even when you can still get quite a few more prints out of the cartridge. Very misleading. Also insures one cannot be certain when exactly the cartridge is almost out of ink. With respect to these non-quality issues the cartridge deserves a zero or one star ranking.

Doesn't have the option of a Large capacity cartridge...but easy to install and prints quite well for a single cartridge/multi-colour set-up.

Fast delivery of the proper ink needed. Maybe it was a big box for a couple of items, but I received them perfectly.
