I received the 10 pack, but one of the two cyan cartridges was not recognizable by the printer, so I had to discard it. Fortunately one of them did. Bottom line, I did not get what I expected which was to get two sets of cartridges.

I contacted the provider about 2 weeks ago via email, telling them about my issue, to see if I could return the unrecognized cartridge. Still no reply.

Do not buy this product, I read that I am not the first one that experiences this. Be careful!!!!!!!!!!

You have to play with it at first to get it to register on your printer. But once you have it working, it works fine.

I was a bit worried about ordering these after hearing some of the newer Epson printers want factory ink to work...

Well good news this chip works great tried it on all colors and a black.

These ink cartridges worked fine and I had no problem installing them, however, on the corner of the paper there is usually a small black stain after printing. Also, the wording and images do not print clearly. After attempting to correct the allignment a few times, things do clear up a bit, but this usually only lasts a day or two and then I have to do it all over again. Since I don't need to print for work or school and I only use what I print for my own use, these short comings aren't that big of a deal to me. However, I would not recommend these cartridges to anyone who requires flawless printing.

We have been satisfied with this purchase! It is a good value compared to the brand name ink and has performed well to this point!

The print quality is just fine in ideal circumstances, however one drop of water caused the ink to run on a page that was printed days before.

Spend the extra few cents per cartridge for the Epson DURABrite ink:

I purchased the 10 pack. Recieved the item in short order; however the ink I received was clearly marked another printer # than what their offer states, and the picture does not match what was sent. I emailed 3x over a week with no response. After I had already returned this order the company finally emailed saying it was in fact for my printer but my printer had been made at a later date than the ink cartridge. All I can say is that the cartridges they sent were not even the right shape. It was like they were trying to sell me the "Emporer's New Clothes". They did issue a refund.

I bought these about a year or so ago. When I used the first black cartridge, it was great - just like an original cartridge. However, when I used a cyan one, I kept having lines in everything I printed. I started having to do a head cleaning before EACH print job. The compatible black and cyan cartridges ran out of ink before the original yellow and magenta ones I had in my printer. I changed the two and continued to have the lines. Then my original magenta and yellow finally ran out of ink. When I replaced them with the compatible, my printer didn't recognize either cartridge. After taking them out and putting them back in, I still had the same problem. So I got rid of those and put in the other compatible cartridges...so far, so OK. My printer recognizes the cartridges, but I still have the lines. I'll be buying original cartridges from now on.

When I ordered the 10-pack, I was doubtful. I figured if I got 4 usable cartridges out of the bunch, I would consider the amount I paid total equal to 4 Epsons. I have 5 cartridges left, so I guess I didn't lose any money on them. However, when I next need to order ink, I'm ordering Epson. All the inks smudged on almost any type of paper I used. I like crisp text, and I never had that. On "good photo" the images looked pretty good, but it took a lot of ink.

So, I guess I'm saying: For run-of-the-mill home printing, they will suffice. If you need a better quality image, get Epson OEM.

Oh well, lesson learned. You don't get something for nothing - or $22.00. Neither Magenta cartridges work, another shows up half empty. I tried cleaning heads, multiple cartridges etc.

Can't get a full color print of any sort.

Total loss.
