This is a book should you need a lawyer involving a equine issue...buy it for your lawyer because most have never dealt with the legalities of equine and these laws covered by different states can be apples to oranges ...equine is a whole new ball game to other businesses when it comes to the law, protecting ones self etc....this book and it's companion book is worth it's weight in gold. No horse owner should be without it

I bought this book hoping it would help in a legal issue I'm currently going through. Unfortunately it wasn't much help but it does have a lot of good info in it. I also didn't see much in it that would help if your having to currently deal with legal issues but rather goes over how to avoid them. There is a wealth of information on building a strong contract for certain situations.
It seems to be more geared towards those looking to board, those who have a boarding facility, horse lessees and lessors and those who employ on their farms. |
