Much anticipated sequel to the cult classic., August 8, 1997
By A Customer
This review is from: Equinox (Paperback)
NARC co-captains--and lovers--Kevin Jarratt and Jerry Stone are back, once again battling the evil purveyors of Angel, this time in the corporate entity of Equinox Industries.
More of a follow-up than a sequel, EQUINOX picks up right where DEATH'S HEAD left off. Stoney and Kev are still dealing with the after-effects of their artificially induced empathy, and they have to prove some things both to themselves as well as to the skeptics in Intelligence.
As in DEATH'S HEAD, there is non-stop action, scads of cool techno-gadgets, and plenty of hot sex. The relationship between heroes Jarrat and Stone is refreshingly uncomplicated and genuinely romantic. Though it helps to read the more intense DEATH'S HEAD first, this encore appearance of Captains Stone and Jarratt stands on its own as an entertaining, satisfying read

Fantastic sci-fi action with 2 awesome heroes, November 19, 1998
This review is from: Equinox (Paperback)
When I started reading this, I didn't want to put it down!! It was nice to see a couple of gay heroes who were not written as stereotypes. Ive be reading Sci-Fi for 20 years and this one can keep up with the big boys.
