5.0 out of 5 stars so close to heaven
whatever you can read this album has been my first contact with Happy - it was in Milwaukee. i instantly fell in love with the songs and still i remember emotions from this first listening.
that is why i give it a 10 out of 5 and also because i really am sure it is one of the best records she has done until the next one

3.0 out of 5 stars Interesting, but not her best
I love Happy Rhodes, especially her latest 1998 release, but this album from 1993 was somewhat disappointing. She uses her beautiful voice in an amazing way here, especially on I Say and Save Our Souls, but still, it has some very boring and silly tracks on it as well (Cohabitants, Temporary And Eternal, He Will Come). 5.0 out of 5 stars Another perfect collection, August 10, 2006

Happy is perfection. This CD is full of gorgeous songs that continue to capture my attention after many, many, many listens. Interestingly, the songs mentioned by a previous reviewer are among my favorites. I'll admit it took a few listens to get hip to Cohabitants, but it has become one of my all time Happy favorites. Equipoise is one of Happy's best efforts. If you can find it... buy it! and enjoy for the rest of your life.

I recommend Many Worlds Are Born Tonight, which I enjoy much more.
