Systems theory, the church and the pastor,
This review is from: The Equipping Pastor: A Systems Approach to Congregational Leadership (Paperback)
Edwin Friedman was one of the first to apply systems theogy (and therapy!) to a local church congregation. This book is a later, more "practical" application of Friedman's work, showing church leaders who they can be effective within the "system" that is the local church. Excellent resource for those wishing to understand how church cultures work and how to be a change agent. High recommended.

This review is from: The Equipping Pastor: A Systems Approach to Congregational Leadership (Paperback)
I received "The Equipping Pastor: A Systems Approach to Congregational Leadership" in a trouble free, very timely fashion, for a great price. When it arrived, I found the book in excellent condition, which is good because I bought it brand new. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the purchase.
