Throughout reading it or learning from it one feels that the author has not only learned it from textbooks but mastered it through tough deals, negotiations. Reccommend to every aspirant who wants to become a player in this field. This is a treasure for those non US based applicants who lack the business environment which is natural in the States but still want to make it to a US Stock Exchange
