This breathed new life into my tired old notebook, only the cover on the bottom had to be removed from the battery to get the battery to latch in place. Because of this, the notebook now does not have the 4th rubber foot to keep level on flat surfaces. It was a nice higher capacity model than the OEM model so I am pleased overall. Maybe I'll break out the old dremel and "adjust" the new battery cover a bit to get it to work better. Oh, and even when I tried to use it with the cover on, the rubber foot was too thick anyway. So, the battery is great but the cover that it comes installed with doesn't fit so good. Well worth the price though.

Bought this batt as a replacement for the original in my 4 year old HP Pavillion laptop. Had it about six months now and it has worked fine, charges quickly and I get about 2-2 1/2 hours on one charge. I use to get maybe 90 mins on my original.

Note, althouh it will fit your laptop, its plastic case is not exactly the same as the original, some minor gaps at the edges, only a cosmetic concern.

The battery fit in fine but the covers that were sent did not fit at all. I was able to remove the old battery cover and put it on the new battery and it worked fine.

Received battery faster than expected. Got the battery for my HP computer and it works great, I haven't had any problems with it. It's just as good as the original one and comes with a 3 year warranty just in case something ever happens.

The battery works great but neither cover included fits my laptop-one was too long and the other would not stay on. I did like another reviewer and pried the battery cover off my old battery and used it. It wasn't too hard and now my laptop runs like new. 4 stars because the battery covers don't fit properly and if you can't get yours off, you will be stuck with a battery that can't stay in your computer. I got between 2 1/2-3 hours out of this battery after fully charging it the first time.

Got this for an HP zd8000 which wouldn't charge its battery anymore.
It's a solid battery, charged without any problems from my external charger as well as directly from the laptop.
Note that the 6600 mAh capacity is not "high", it's standard for the zd8000 - it may be high for other models it's compatible with.
The construction is good, it fits without problems (unlike a few other off-brand batteries I've tried before this one).
Overall I'm happy with the quality and performance of this battery.

I have ordered two of these batteries for my laptops. Received both before the promised delivery date. Both batteries have been put through the paces - the charge and discharge cycles are as good or better than the OEM battery that came with the laptop. Like the 3 year warranty - just register it on sellers website. Highly recommend this seller - that's why I purchased twice.
