satisfaction
i knew what i wanted and looked it up online and found what i needed right away and ordered it. the ordering was fast and easy. and the shipping was very fast and arrived exactly when they said it would. i would order from amazon anytime.

Terrible replacement item
I bought this item after my dog chewed the original cord for my laptop. The cord doesn't stay in the port for my computer and will not charge unless it is held in tightly with something else. Do not buy this product.
