Sabrina has always put out quality Italo pop and dance music, often writing her hits. She's a fun, sexy performer that is not the mindless bimbo people often assume. While she may not have the most powerful vocal range, she has a pleasant voice that fits the music well.
When Sabrina announced her first "Official" greatest hits package, I was thrilled... a re-mastered collection of all her great hits? Fantastic! Well, sadly none of the original versions of her hits are here. They are not even re-mixes as the CD cover claims, they are complete re-recordings. Yet another 80s artist who doesn't own the rights to the original hits, releasing a bogus hits comp.
The only good news is the NEW songs recorded for this release. Always great to hear new dance music from Sabrina, and she sounds great. But why was her excellent recent single "I Feel Love (Good Vibration)" not included here?
