Erector Sets
I purchased this toy for my 8 year old grandson. He lost interest in it because there were too many pieces and he thought it was complicated. He may have been a little young for this type of gift. All in all, I think this would be a great gift for the boy who likes to put these types of toys together.

Very Complicated to Put together
This took hours to put all together and my 10-year old son who is smarter then an average 10 year old could do it but not on his own and not without some frustration. He played with it the day he put it together but not again since then. It wasn't as big of a hit as I had hoped.
