So fresh and crunchy. Very filling too. Great topped with fruit. Can even be a snack. Have to stop myself from consuming too much!!!!!

I am not a sugary foods eater anymore and I read some reviews where the reviewer said this product was taste-less.
And I sure it was to them so not to belittle that experience ... but for me this product has great taste and crunch.

Texture and taste are important and this cereal had both. This cereal is Organic, Gluten Free and Unsweetened.
Therefore, I bought this product. So many gluten free cereals are sweetened and I don't want that, esp. in the morning.

This cereal is simple but the cereal holds up well to the unsweetned almond milk, meaning it doesn't get "soggy" too quickly either.

To me, these flakes taste "toasty", as in toasted corn and that is where the flavor comes from.
I add liquid Stevia (all natural chemical free sweetner) directly to my Almond Milk. This is where I get my desired added flavor
and sweetness.

Good to use for recipes calling for Corn Flakes too. Chances are your recipe has all the sugar and flavor you want already so why add more sugar via corn flakes if you don't have too.

Most people taste buds are conditioned by our American processed foods to taste, register and like sugary and salty only.

This cereal allows you to determine if you want sugar in that breakfast bowl or not. Not alot of cereals give you that option.
Esp. those that are organic and gluten free as well.

I really don't understand, the ingredients are everything i want, it's really only pure organic corn flour and sea salt. but it's completely, simply, tasteless. i've tried adding all different kinds of fruit, dried and fresh, cinnamon, and sugar. nothing helps. my husband refuses to eat any more and i'm left with 5 boxes. i've thought of grounding it up and using it as a recipe for something. otherwise i suppose i'll donate it.

I appreciate that the cereal is organic as well as gluten-free -- a combination that is so hard to find!

A short list of high quality ingredients without sugar make this a very smart choice. The flavor is just great. This is definitately my favorite cereal! Sometimes I add a little cinnamon or hot spices. Add nuts, goat milk plus some meat or other protein and I am very happy.

I love these cornflakes. I can't believe anyone would say they taste like cardboard?? I think they ate the Nature's Path version instead which are thick and icky. These are light and delicious with a real corn taste. I eat them with soymilk or in my yogurt. They really are good and look just like the cover of the box. They are the best cornflakes out there. If you are looking for a more natural version of Kellog's cornflakes - this is the brand to buy. The other brands taste awful and I have tried them all!
Addendum: I realized that the BAD reviews are from their OLD Version of the corn flakes. You have to try their NEW version which says "NEW" right on the box. If it doesn't say NEW - you are eating the old version and the old version does taste like cardboard. I realized this after I wrote my review and opened a box of the old recipe (the store I bought mine at must have had some old versions left) and they are awful. I recommend trying them again if you didn't like them before - they really are delicious and light - not like they used to be. I'm bringing this box back to get the new version.

I agree with the other poor reviews ... these cornflakes resemble cardboard, and not only that, they immediately become soggy cardboard in any type of milk. Such a surprise since the other Erewhon cereals are wonderful. Barbara's and Nature's Path cornflakes are much, much better.

You can't compare these organic corn flakes to the GMO version you find at a conventional grocery store. This cereal along with fresh organic strawberries, raw honey, and hemp milk is awesome!!!

If your taste buds have been tainted by inferior breakfast cereals, then you're in for an initial shock! However, if health is your objective, you can't go wrong with them!

This cereal is flat, tasteless and bland. It tastes like you are eating a bowl of yellow corn meal, when you add milk, the flakes get big and soggy. I sorry I ordered six boxes of the stuff. I was looking to buy a healthier, cornflake cereal, but this stuff is horrible.

I have very severe food allergies and when I found Erewhon Corn Flakes at Whole Foods 7 years ago I was thrilled to read the label. Two ingredients! Imagine my surprise when I tried them and realized that they also tasted great! This is literally the only cereal I can eat and I don't mind at all. I've been a loyal consumer for seven years and will continue to be. Ordering them through Amazon 6 boxes at a time is so convenient. No more 50 minute trips to WFM!
