I got the 1 and 2 inch shoulder strap pads, one for my purse and one for my laptop bag. They are great, almost like the bag is glued to my shoulder. Great product :)

I got this for a one-shoulder knapsack that has about 5 lbs. of stuff in it. The ErgoPad was definitely better than the pad it replaced, but reduced slippage only by about 50%--in other words, if my old strap pad would have slipped down to where I had to reshoulder the bag 10 times in 3 blocks, this cut that down to only having to do it 5 times--still too much. The wedge design doesn't seem to work for me--I think the wedge would have to be about twice as tall to be really effective.
It was definitely more comfortable than my old pad, but that might be because it was wider and therefore distributed the weight over a larger area.
