This is not a kneeling chair, let alone ergonomic. The entire point of the kneeling chair concept is that the seat is angled forward by about 20 degrees in order to encourage good posture. This seat is completely flat and you can't adjust the angle. In other words, this chair is a stool - a $100 stool. If you're looking to try out a kneeling chair, I'd look elsewhere. This chair does nothing to correct my posture. I'll be returning it immediately.
