Really does the job,

I have used this monitor stand for over a year now and found it to do the job it was designed for very well. One thing that Amazon specs do not tell you is that the stand is actually designed to only accommodate LCD monitors whose outside width is 20" (51 cm) or less according to the manufacture.

Good stand, not for 24" monitors,

Bought this stand because of a feedback that someone had written saying he mounted 3 24" monitors on it which is not possible. In all fairnesss the manufactures does list thes size monitors it does support. You have to buy the longer arm which is an additional $150 to be able to mount them. Ergotron does make another stand that will allow you to mount 3 24" monitors. Besides that fact, it is a good stand with good build quality. I wish I would have done more research before buying this stand so that I would have matched the size monitors to what I planned on mounting on the stand, I would have saved some money.

Not Good,

I have three 20.1" UXGA monitors on this stand, and I am disappointed. The outside left and right screens droop a bit, and I believe its due to the design of this stand. The two extension arms that the outer monitors mount to have a little too much 'wiggle' room, so the outer mounts start off a few millimeters lower than the center, and there is no adjustment available to correct for this. Then, the mounts themselves seem somehow shoddy so that the out monitors just don't stay at the same angle as the center monitor. It is impossible to get three monitors to line up even pretty closely, I'm not even looking for perfection here. The entire thing is extremely frustrating and disappointing in a product this expensive from a good manufacturer.
Another negative is that the 14" pole is just not high enough. I ordered the extension pole (+$$) just to bring it up to working eye level. On the plus side, the manufacturing quality is outstanding, the machining and materials are very good.
