i love eric carle art. we put these in our bathroom, and after one steamy shower, some of the colors began to run. i was able to clean most of it off the white walls, but you can still see faint traces.

I love these decals but they won't stay on the wall! The butterfly and the caterpillar come bent in the package and immediately bubble off of the wall at the crease. The sun is not bent in the package and takes a little longer to fall off but still does within 24 hours. I am so disappointed!

We have a lovely Eric Carle decorated Hungry Caterpillar bathroom for our daughter. To sort of top it all off we picked these decals to make it even cooler. The problem is the adhesive on the back of the decals is terrible so decals pop up, fall off, and make it less cooler. The decals themselves look great, just don't count on them sticking to anything short of using Crazy Glue.

PROS: They are cute in the book.
CONS: The adhesive is terrible. Really really terrible.

I guess I didn't realize these wouldn't stick to my textured walls. We have an old house with old texturing and these stickers won't stick to them at all. :(

As mentioned by others, there is a very large crease in the middle of the butterfly and caterpillar, and even after I put on the wall the crease is very visible after 2 weeks. Read more
