Mr Eric Clapton,
This review is from: Eric Clapton: The Autobiography (Paperback)
This book is well written and well edited. You have the feeling that Eric Clapton is very honest with each page expressed within this book. Many emotional topics and sorrows of his life are touched upon, and that leads to having an overall view of his very long artistic musical career, as being one of the leading Blues, Pop, Classic Rock, artists for five decades. I thoroughly recommend this to anyone curious about Mr Clapton or the dfferent music scenes from the 1960's to present day.

A great honest autobiography,
This review is from: Eric Clapton: The Autobiography (Paperback)
Clapton writes an autobio likes he plays guitar - all there to see. Great to hear from him about his influences (inspired me to learn more about Muddy Waters)and why & how he began to play guitar. Of most interest is his admission of where he went wrong, his regrets, his mistakes. A lot of autobios leave that stuff out. The honesty in the Eric's text made it a great read and the insight into his music is precious.
