This is by far the nicest watch I have ever worn. It is comfortable, lite to wear, and honestly one of the best looking watches I have ever seen. I am not a big man, I am 5'8" and weigh 170 pounds and it fits great. I do not see a big person wearing the watch as it comes, meaning the wrist band is not for a extra large person. The movement is superb, the face beautiful and the leather wrist band is classy. All around looks & comfort, you won't go wrong for a medium priced watch.

My perfect watches, happy to have them on my wrist every day. Nice design, quality make and accurate to every detail. Seemed to be a little thick, although I believe it is normal with the glass window on the back. Delivery time was few days longer then expected though.
Overall - very satisfied.

I have to say I have never purchased any jewelry off of the internet so to say I was weary is an understatement. However, once I recieved the watch I was pleasantly surprised. It works, it's beautiful and my dad thought I was fantastic by purchasing him this present. He gets compliments every day he wears it....this is a must buy!!

I wasn't too happy with the watch at the beggining: two weeks after wearing it I had to send it back for fixing. But after, for near three years I consider the Ganymede a wonderfull time-piece, with superb accuracy and a beautifull look. I have a few others watches, but this is the only one I usually and proudly wear

I have been looking for an automatic watch for the past two years or so. I really want a Tag Heuer Carrera but I can't decide on the exact model I want so I decided to buy something cheaper to hold me over in the meantime. I have to say that when I took this watch out of the box I was happy to find that the Ganymede is nicer than I was expecting. There are small things that make a big difference to me over the watches that are offered in the mall kiosks, etc. The movement is much more precise than the standard second-per-tick on most second-hands. It's not exactly a 'Rolex' movement, but again...you can tell that the maker put some effort and thought into the movement. I also like the glass view in the back of the case, its kind of fun to watch the little bits ticking inside the watch when you take it off. I read on one of the reviews that somebody's watch broke after a month so I will try to post an 'update' once I have been wearing the watch for a while. But for now I can definitely say that I have no regrets about my purchase. This feels like every bit of a $600-$1,000 watch and I would definitely consider buying another one, especially for the price.

I have been buying automatic watches on-line since 2002. So far, managed to acquire high quality mechanical self winding mostly Swiss or other maker's made time peace for fraction of price. So far have nice collection. This purchase wasn't an exception. Appearance matches quality - quality matches appearance. Beautiful peace of work !!! Box is real wood. It is not only glowing as expensive - it is expensive real wood box. It looks like $2000.00 watch. If case would be 2-3 mm thinner, this watch would go for 7-12K. Must have !!!

I got this watch as a graduation gift from my wife. I started wearing it the day of commencement (April 2). I wore it daily under normal circumstances at work (I do administrative work) and around the house. On May 12th the self winding mechanism inside the watch broke. It's possible I got a bad watch, the buyer will need to take that bet.

Other than it's brokenness the watch is very nice. Stunning piece and works well with a business look. Overall I'm please, now if it would just tell time.

UPDATE:

Took the watch to a repair shop, said it wasn't worth fixing because the repair would be about 400 dollars. Clocksmith said he sees this all the time, quick crafted watches sell cheap for a quick buck. Turns out the box it came in is higher quality than the watch.
