This is the worst instructional CD that I have ever listened to. It first starts off with what NOT to do....Common sense can tell you that mono-toned voice with heavy usage of "DuH" and "Hum"...is NOT effective and there is no way to forward over that part. Showing me, telling me, how NOT to do something insults intelligence and puts it in the negatitive. If the whole CD focused on What TO DO...It would have been much more useful. I promise you....you are not missing out by not purchasing this....And if you feel impelled to do so....I'll send you my CD.

I totally agree - this CD is awful (although the book it goes with is pretty good). Do not buy this CD (you can have mine if you want it).
