Works great.
I'm quite happy with this car charger. It's much faster than the old one I used for an earlier Ericsson CF388. Quite simply, it does what is supposed to.

Picture not same as shipped unit
The picture is different than the unit I received, which was a CLA-11. The connectors on both ends of the CLA-11 are different: the end that plugs into the cigarette adapter is much larger than what is shown in Amazon's picture, and the end that plugs into the phone is like the travel charger that comes with the T28.

The connector that fits to the phone has a pass-through port so you can still plug in an ear piece. Top notch construction. The only flaw is that the connector gets in the way of the T28's flip, so it only opens about 95% for me. It makes an unexpected slap sound when opened, until you get used to it. Obviously its no big deal, and doesn't affect the phone's use.One strange thing is the the phone beeps once in a while on its own (probably just a "Hello, I'm on" reminder feature?). For a while I thought the charger was getting loose, but it seems normal. |
