The series "Classics of the Brazilian Choro - You are the soloist!" enables you to discover the
Choro style through the incomparable experience of performing the compositions yourself,
accompanied by a Choro Ensemble. Each volume from the series brings a famous composer
from this amazing music style, with their main compositions in audio and scores, biographies,
interviews and relevance to the history of Choro, as well as a CD.
Utilizing the CD, listen to the complete tracks (with the soloist) for your reference. Tune
your instrument (flute, sax, clarinet or mandolin) utilizing the tuning notes. Now have fun being the soloist, using the accompaniment tracks featuring a leading Choro Ensemble from Brazil.
Guitar players can also play along with the Choro Ensemble by turning the balance of the sound system to the right and thus removing the 7-string guitar (bass) from all complete and base tracks. Additionally, we removed the cavaquinho and the 6-string guitar from the CD complete tracks, so that the musicians playing these instruments may also play along. The tracks may be purchased at Now you can play along with your own "Choro ensemble" whether you are at home, on the
road, or at the beach.
Have fun and good training!
