These are awesome strings! Put em on and crank up your amp and prepare to go deaf!! Blow away your guitar player. Erine ballz power slinky means POWERFUL, punchy lowz! and great mids to cut through the bands mix. Good highs too!!! Buy it if you want POWER for your bass!!!! Erine=BALLZ + POWER!Good life to em too!! Need to break em in for awhile like all strings but over all high quality product!!

The first thing I'd like to say about the strings to any potential buyer is to note the 4 numbers on the front. Basically, Ernie Ball took 4 strings from a 5-string bass and left out the G string. They take some getting used to if you've never played with strings of this size, but I will say I will never play with any other strings again other than trying out basses in shop. I love these strings. They sound great and if you like a loud, ear bleeding bass, look no further.
