1st of all, you can't go wrong with the extended version of Erotic City. One of the first classic gem "b-sides". Only available on 12-inch vinyl until recently, this track was and still is a classic dance floor romp. I played this version over and over in the 80's. It simply set a standard for dance singles. I Would Die 4 U is excellent, this version is extra-special as it is one of the only live-in-studio recordings ever released by Prince. It jams. Get this one. Sheila E is on the track along with the rest of the Revolution. The sax gots it goin' on!!!!

play Erotic City anywhere in Any Club &The House will Be Packed.The Long Version here is Extra Tight.one of His Best Grooves Ever.His Speeded up Voice&Sheila E. in the background alone make this cut Wicked.I Would Die for u long version blows the original out of the Water.The Horn by Eddie M.is Tight to the bone.Sheila E.Grooves here.Prince always use to add Color&light to his Songs by given them a Different Twist on the Longer Versions.this Still Rocks.

Erotic City has remained a absolute heater on the dancefloor for two decades and believe me when i say that it shows no sign of ever losing it's popularity...in fact it continues to grow. I'm sure it has influenced countless artists as has much of Prince's material. A quick side note for "I would die 4-U"...great extended version!!! This is a pricy addition but if you are a collector as am I...u really need to get this. Erotic City is still one of the most requested songs at all my parties. Sheila E. on the back up vocals and a SPED UP version of Prince, make this unique,sexy, and explicitly danceable!

Club (long) version of "Erotic City" AND a long (live) version of "I Will Die 4 U", where you can get a real sample of how devastatingly talented Prince & The Revolution were in a concert setting. All thumbs up for this disc.

This is a great CD, I love it. Erotic City is a incredible song----if we can't make a baby, can we make some time?---and I woudl Die 4 U is one of the best songs/rock/r&b about Jesus that I have ever heard. Its incredible. I recommend that you get this as well as Purple Rain!!!! His Royal Badness has been then and now is an amazing!!!!
