Awesome book!
Kevin Ryan has written another amazing chapter delving into the exciting world of the Klingon empire. This book describes the Klingon perspective dead-on and tells a great story about the events proceeding an inevitable Federation/Klingon war. It is an exciting read and a must-buy for any ST fan. I can't wait for the next in the series!

A perfectly adequate action story.
If all you're looking for is a Star Trek story with good action, recognizable characters & a fast pace, this is definitely the book for you. If you're hoping for introspection and insights into those characters, and philosophical or moral dilemmas that aren't pretty obvious and simplistic, maybe not. But all in all, it's worth a quick read if you enjoy the series.

Good fun trek,

The two Errand trilogies are fun reads. Not a great deal of depth but a fast moving plot with a good TOS feel. Well worth the read.
