I just happened to come across this album by accident, but damn I'm glad I did. This joint is AWSOME! This is a great addition for both Erykah Badu lovers and Smooth Jazz heads alike. FOR THE MOST PART, I THINK THEY MISSED THE TRUE ESSENCE OF ERYKAH ON THIS. THE ORIGINALS SOUND MUCH BETTER. I WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS.

I just happened to come across this album by accident, but damn I'm glad I did. This joint is AWSOME! This is a great addition for both Erykah Badu lovers and Smooth Jazz heads alike. The Smooth Jazz All Stars definitely do these classic songs justice and add an even more chilled out vibe to a already mellow collection of songs. The CD consists of 10 songs taken from Badu's first 3 albums, most notably "On and On" "Next Lifetime" and "Tyrone". As far as I'm concerned, every song on here is of 5/5 star quality. Definetely worth the money you'd probably pay for it.Enjoy.

Expected to hear the real Erykah.. Guess I didn't read the description well enough.

Nice music.. too expensive for a tribute.
