This is an excellent scale at a very affordable price. It is very easy to use, accurate , and a real time saver. Love the color!

Somewhere along the line, the makers of basic products discovered that funky colors sell. If you have a kitchen that could benefit from a splash of color, this little beauty will do the trick while weighing up to 11 pounds of food or postage with an accuracy of 0.1 oz. The 5-year warranty is encouraging, too. The two AA batteries (included!) last quite a while, because the scale shuts itself off automatically within a couple of minutes, saving forgetful types like me some aggravation and expense. Another winning feature is the automatic tare setting at the touch of a button. Just set the empty container on the scale, tap the tare button, and the weight of the container is subtracted, setting the reading at zero.

Good price, tiny enough to put anywhere, cheerful and cute, and a no nonsense, convenient, accurate instrument. Can't top that!

This scale did exactly what I wanted and exactly what it said. It goes off after a few minutes so no battery power is wasted.I can use it in the kitchen and the office for postage. It can be set to zero with a bowl on it so just the ingredients are measured. Works great and comes in a multitude of colors.

Serious bakers are often believers in measuring their ingredients by weight instead of volume (cups, teaspoons, etc.). I ordered this scale about two years ago, and it has really served me well. It is very easy to use, easy to store, and reliable. I definitely find myself using it more and more. It is so much easier to weigh out ingredients directly into a bowl instead of scooping out and leveling cup after cup of flour, sugar, whatever. If you are a baker and have recipes that offer weight and volume measurements, get a scale like this and go with the weight measurements. They will be much more accurate and improve the outcome of your recipes.

The scale is simple to use, has tare function and metric/imperial values.
The color and finish look a little cheap but otherwise it's functional.
It does what i need but i would not choose that color if i had to do it again.
