Since the 2nd season of Spain's Opweracion Triunfo started in late 2003, Ainhoa had always come accross to avid viewers as the contestant who had to strive to prove herself. Others in her batch had it easy- Nandez always wowed the judges, Beth was under the radar, Vega mystified everyone with her exotic beauty, Toni Santos had mass appeal. Ainhoa, meanwhile, armed with a huge stage presence and a grand voice, got under the judge's chopping board as early as the first episode. With all the emotional breakdowns when nobody among her competitors voted to save her and a swift brush with Vega, she seemed to have had the rockiest road to the finals. But heck, no matter how rocky the road was, she went on to the finals. To sweeten the deal, she bagged it, first prize and all. That after 3 nominations to be booted out of the contest, a "fistfight" with one of the contestants, and an intense desire to throw in the towel in the middle of the game.
After winning the contest in convincing fashion, Ainhoa strikes back with Esencia Natural. Armed with the creme of the crop- from producer Emilio Estefan to songwriter Shakira, Ainhoa delivers yet again. In listening to the album, there is that same energy Ainhoa has brought from the contest- the aim-to-please energy. Somehow, one can just hear it from her voice. Maybe she may try too much, but for people who have seen what this girl had to go through to achieve her status, all her efforts are definitely not in vain.

The album is lush, technically excellent, and should be supported. Ainhoa is one talent the world should notice, and better notice fast!

I like the way she put together her voice and feelings. A great artist an I considered her a Diva. The CD have a good variety of music styles for every mood.
I recommended to everyone to buy the album because is a great one with all you can expect from the artist. Is a CD for the soul not for the case...

Spain's "idol" version champ Ainhoa has one of the best & most unique voice in today's music, with a wide range and power of a pro. One of the advantages of this cd is that it crosses from pop to rock to emotional ballads. The tracks are very diverse and I love it !!. It shows how versatile she is. It can easily suit different categories of good music listeners.
She sounds beautifully on soft whispers and spectacular when she belts it out.
She not only have record producer E.Estefan , but an arsenal of good song writers as Jon Secada, Shakira, D.Warren and herself.
When you have Diane Warren writing songs for you, you know you have talent.
This CD doesn't have 1 or 2 songs worth listening,all of her songs are enjoyable, including the one she wrote (Lo bueno queda) with great deph and meaning. The CD also includes killer ballads "No hieras mas", "Cuando tu no estas" and 2 more , all beautifully sung, range-stretcher.
I think "Resignacion" (composed by Shakira) it can only be sung by her. There are new flavor songs , with awesome sound of violins, drums & guitars as "Inquilino" & "Aceptame asi" that gives you her sensual side.
You will find the purest rock beat in "El amor me esta llamando",
incredible vocally.
Also "Emotional Rescue", the one in english, is a nice rock beat fun to sing along with. I hope this one to be promotional single in the U.S., and a future all in english CD. She sounds amazing in english.
This CD makes me want to listen to it again and again.

The first work of Ainhoa, the powerful voice winner of the second edition of "Operacion Triunfo", give us a excellent CD with the best spanish pop-rock today (her essence). "Decídete" and "Cuando tú no estás" are the best songs of this hidden gem, but the other tracks of this album are very recommendable too!!! The "dream team" producers of this CD are Emilio Estefan, Jon Secada, Shakira and Gian Marco. Also you must hear her version of Rolling Stones' classic "Emotional Rescue" and the ballad "Busco señales divinas".

Really this is an excellent cd, produced by the Music Icon, Mr. Emilio Estefan Jr.
Ainhoa, shows once again, her powerful voice.
This first work, includes a variety of rythms including, r&b, pop rock, and beautiful ballads (specially "Cuando tu no estás"). Its an emotion to hear this album! Ainhoa put its own feelings, sang with her heart!!! And what about "Lo bueno queda", really an excellent song written by her while staying at "Academia de Artistas".

Recommended for every one.

This is a great cd!Diferents rhythms :pop rock,great ballads.
I also love her voice, it is different!

If you like Janis Joplin,Björk or A.Morrissette you will love this cd!
