Simple and Effective
These sleeves work well with our Oyen Digital 1TB drives. The sleeve should provide some shock protection, but we mostly expect them to protect the drives while rattling around in another bag. The elastic strap for the cables is convenient. We dinged it one notch in appearance, simply because we would rather have a case with no visible logo on the exterior.

I enjoy the case for my passport it keeps from scratchs I also gave it to my daughter it was to small for the kindle for my grandaughters but I can fine use for it.

Good quality foam case, enough cush to protect the drive well, has a memory foam feel and fits the 2.5 drive cases snugg. The foam will add insulation that will keep the heat from long drive use from discipating, so you may want to slide it out most of the way for extended use times. I plan to buy a couple more of these.
I don't know why this case has the 500 gig/external powered... and other technical description... it is only a case. Perhaps they felt then needed the verbiage for the search engines.

very easy to use and works on Mac and PC. Read previous reviews that it got hot in case, mine never has and I use it constantly. also quick delivery and good packaging. Only had it a short time, but so far so good.
