Probably the most important collection of Afro-Latino Espiritismo music ever put together, each song is a traditional sacred prayer to the spirits honored and venerated in Espiritismo Cruzado. This c.d. can be used by Caribbean Cuban Espiritiastas, those who follow Puerto Rican "Mesa Blanca" tradition, as well as to those in Venezuela community that follows the Tres Potencia tradition, and to the Argentinean Umbanda Followers, this c.d. can be appreciated by all the various roads of Espiritismo Crusado, it gives us all a voice.
The c.d. is a mix of Afro-Cuban drum playing, it begins with the song Santisimo,.
1. Santisimo: is a supplication to La Caridad for protection and blessings in the name of God during the ceremony.
2. Ave Maria, no this is not the somber Ave Maria of the Catholic tradition; it is the Ave Maria as sung by the Africans in the New World who embraced her as one of their own. Strong and powerful.
3. Ninio De Atocha, a song to the holy child of Atocha, that child spirit that fed and gave water to those in needs.
4.Luz Redentora; Traditional song to the Spirits, envoking them to the ceremonies. This is one of those songs, that you will remember your Abuela or Madre sing if they followed Espiritismo
5.Oh Venid: Another song calling the Spirits down to a Coronacion ceremony in the name of God.
6.Trabajo Media Unidad, begins with the catchy phrase, Saint Maria on the moon, Saint Isabela on the Sun. The Singer not only asks of the blessings of Saint Maria, and Saint Teresa, but also invokes the healing and protective power of the Seven African Powers.
7.Congo Mio: Calling the Spirits of the Congos that reside within the woods and the forests.
8.

Highly Recommended!
