This Espressione machine though medium priced, is terrific. Before buying it, I researched espresso cappuccino machines in this price range, extensively. The Espressione has impressive power stats. I love European style coffee, and this machine delivers it. Suggestion: I bought it in white and it's hard to keep clean.
Wish I'd bought the graphite.

Best Crema in category. Comes with set of 2 handles, and the pod handle blows my more expensive Delonghi unit away! Very stylish, easy to fit my large frothing pitcher under steam wand.
Works extremely well with ese pods from Starbucks. I got good support from the home office in New York before I even bought it. Also you can buy espressione ese pods.

This espresso machine should not cost this much. It's made of very thin plastic, it leaks when I make espresso, and the steamer attached so close to machine that I always worry to scratch it.It froths the milk fine but noisy. Most importantly the drinks taste like some metal or plastic.So disappointing !!!!!!!!

I purchased this product in January or February of 2010 if my memory serves me well....I had no time to use it until sometimes in March when I realized what a disappointment it was. The machine smelled like burnt electric wires. The cheap plastic handle broke while I was fastening it in place... The coffee tasted like plastic from the plastic water container. The machine was very slow with one shot and it took forever, about 15 minutes for one double espresso to drip out. The reason I purchased it so I do not have to go through the routine of making two espressos every morning when I have company, which is very often... I called Amazon, I explained to them I have plenty of experience with making espresso, so I knew it had too many problems to make it into a good espresso machine from all these problems, so I asked for a refund or credit toward a different kind. I was told to file a claim with [...] since it was purchased through Amazon from [...]. [...] refused to help since I was out of the 30 day warranty, they referred me to the factory warranty. I called the company who told me to mail it back to them at my expense which I did...They replaced the broken pod handle, replaced the pump and mailed it back to me. Now it makes one espresso without problems, it still does not make double espressos as it claims it should..If you pack two measures of coffee the pump cannot handle it...The plastic taste is still there but I got tired of calling and shipping at my own expense, so I'll either live with it or throw it in the trash after a lifespan of 5 months.....not happy at all with this purchase and not happy the way Amazon and [...] handled my complaint. Go with something more reliable like Capresso or such and buy it from Amazon directly so their warranty will cover you....This is the only item I purchased on the net that I was not happy with....

Fine for me and I like gooooood coffee!!!!Little noisy when making the coffee, but sits quiet the rest of the time!!!
