We love the chair. It is soft leather but firm support. it feels like a marshmallow enveloping your body but the firmness is great.

I purchased this chair from Amazon because it looked like those I had seen in stores. I would normally only buy a chair after having tested it first. This one came unassembled and it was easy to assemble. It seems to be made very well, my problem is that no matter how tight I get the bolts it still makes sounds when I get into the chair or apply weight to the arm rests. I wrote to the seller and received no reply. I still like the chair, as it is very comfortable and very nice looking. I just wish that the company would back up its product with at least a response as to how to fix the problems.

Because of the good reviews, I bought this chair as a gift for my husband's home office. It looked great, but since he weights more than 110 lbs., it lacks support at the base of the back of the chair. I expect the back to snap off at any point. When he sits down in the chair, the back reclines automatically. When he unlocks the base to recline, his head almost hits the floor.

Looks elsewhere for a quality chair.

A great chair. It's very supportive and I like the leathery sound it makes. The noise has softened in time as it breaks in and it remains my favorite chair. Can't beat the price!

Dont buy this chair. The weight you place on the back of the chair is displaced to two single screws which screw into the plywood on the bottom portion of the chair. The first time I leaned back, I could hear the screws cracking the plywood underneath. After leaning back further, the back reclined to the floor. The screws completely ripped out of the bottom of the chair. I assembled the chair correctly, it seems to be a design flaw. Other reviewers have also noted this flaw.

We purchased this chair after reading the reviews and testing it in an office store. It seemed fine at first, however, the chair broke after just six months of use. I am a small woman, 5'2" and of modest weight so my frame should not have been an issue in the durability of the chair. Nevertheless, the back gave out and it is broken beyond repair and now needs to be replaced. Look elsewhere for an office chair.
