About the Author

Instaurator has been Chairman of the Australian Coffee and Tea Association. He has also been Executive Director of the World Barista Championship Ltd; CEO and founder of Michels Espresso roasting with over 1,000 retail stores. He has helped set up succesful roasting businesses in Australia, Japan and North America. His passion and global insight provide a unique view into the intense world of espreso coffee. He currently works as an international coffee consultant and can be contacted at info@espressoquest.com
