I just received this baking dish. I plan to make a lasagna in it and present it as a gift. I was very careful in choosing this baking dish because I wanted just the right size for the lasagna. The details describe the item as being 14"X8"X2.75". I am sorry to report that it actually measures 11"X6"X2". If you want to include the wavy lip that wraps the top edge in your measurement then you could say that it is 2.75" deep. There is no way to reach the other measurements however. I can't say that I am disappointed with the dish. It is obviously a quality item. I just wish they had accurately represented the size. My lasagna will only be two noodles wide instead of the three that I had planned. I think $50.00 is a little pricey for a dish this size as I have found other similar items this size in the $20.00 to $30.00 range.
