The Wassily Leontief's economic theory helped the others to create a new form of NEP (New economic Policy) for the poor Russia. The crowd control has also played a significant role in Perestroika, as well as some patents, such as an infrared communicator for secret police and security, which allowed to conquer the resistance of the crowd.
