One of the best guides around!,

I've read a number of the guides on flower essences and in particular the Bach flower remedies, and this is the one I continually turn to for guidance. It has a review of all the essences as well as affirmations one can use while using the remedies. It also has interesting correlations to astrology and the chakras. It also has 10 case histories and gives you the opportunity to 'prescribe' which remedies you think are indicated. The author goes on to explain which remedies she prescribed and why. This book is great for beginners, but also has a lot of more advanced material for individuals who already have a background in the essences.
