Alaskan essences--are they for you?,

Choosing a selection of flower essences, or flower remedies, is a very personal matter. I was drawn to the Alaskan remedies due to the fact that Alaska isn't all that far from where I live, and it has a large impact on my region. I found I loved this book as much as my other favorites on the subject of flower essences. I also really appreciate the gem essences and environmental essences. A gem essences is made from a gem the same way flower essences are made from flowers, and have different healing qualities than the flowers. I enjoyed this part because it helped me to choose gems to wear and to give to friends, as well as working with the essences themselves. I also like the environmental essences, which are made in special places in the Alaskan environment--perhaps one of the most pristine in the world. The essence of place is captured.
