This journal/meditation book has been a daily companion for the last ten years. The first year, I only used it sporadically to read the meditations. After that, I purchased a copy each year and it became part of my morning ritual of quieting and setting an intention for the day. As I look back over these ten little books now, these journals chronicle some major changes in my life, and the constant little day-to-day concerns, but the most important pattern that emerges is the practice of sitting down to write each morning, and beginning each day with a spiritual focus.

I have only read one passage from this book, and if it is any indication of the rest, it is a MUST reading for anyone. The author's view on "Transition of Fear" made me cry. READ THIS.
