I have recently purchased this cd, and again as with Dr. Hairfields other teaching I have yet to be disappointed. I am not a "guru" searcher and I rarely follow authors around the country on thier tours, however, I am planning to go to Dr. Hairfields retreat in Alabama, I just can't pass up the opportunity to ask my questions in person and to learn first hand what this "American Monk" would teach. His teaching is designed for the "average" person. Although he may be a scholar I am surly not and so being an "average" person myself I need someone to teach me where I am. This cd has made the concepts and understandings simple and easy to comprehend. So easy in fact that I may even (after fully understanding them myself), teach them to another with confidence.
