Saves me from having to make my own "books" from the originals; the content is 90% fab arrangements. "The Way We Were" is my favorite song and it is available in several editions.

As a fan of Barbra, and a voice student, this songbook is great fun. The music doesn't always match her recordings exactly, but it is mostly accurate. Of course, it's possible Babs recorded the same song a little differently on different albums. I didn't take the time to compare all versions of all songs.

It provides guitar and piano accompaniment, and gives a great opportunity to stretch one's vocal cords.

This book has lots of the most memorable songs. The chord progressions are beautiful. The music is easy to read and has both the Piano staffs and the simpler melody only wit the guitar finger placements above the staff.
