A musically genuis at his best, February 13, 2002

How can you not like Beethoven. Even if you don't think you do-you probably do. Beethoven has been used in popular music, is an inspiration to many, and is just great. This CD has some of his best life works among them are "Symphony No. 9" which is my favorite it includes "Ode to Joy", then there's "Symphony No. 5" a grand work. "Fur Elise" which is a bit overplayed but remember Peanuts it's a great tune. "Moonlight Piano Sonata" is great stuff. And don't forget "Rasumovsky" or "Emperor" If you have to choose a Beethoven starting point. This is the CD you must own.
