CHANG IS GREAT!!,

I am taking Organic Chemistry. My Organic McMurry book is 1200 pages, however, I find this condensed version from Chang touching on the Orgo subject in just 3 chapters to be much better at explaining that my class book by McMurry entitled Organic Chemistry. This is not to dismiss McMurry's book, but Chang's condensed book here gets to the why's much quicker and does a great overview so as to prepare you for then going to the bigger McMurry book or whichever larger Orgo book you have. Chang's book also is a condensed book covering all of the General Chemistry topics as well, but I was just commenting upon his ability to provide real tutor-style examples in this book that make it all A,B,C easy as opposed to some of the overwhelming larger textbooks that are confusing because they go into too much detail right away without giving the why's and easy how's.....BUY IT!! **THIN & LIGHTWEIGHT --GREAT FOR YOUR PURSE OR THE GYM STAIRMASTER ETC....EASY TO TOTE AROUND WITH YOU. (1 1/2- 2 INCES & ABOUT 1 LB (AS OPPOSED TO A 10 LB. 1200 PAGE BOOK!
