I purchased this book and found it so easy to understand the health concepts it contains. It makes sense and contains useful and easy to follow information to improve your over all health. I have purchased many of the Renewlife Products and my health has improved greatly since I have preformed several cleanses and am taking the daily all organic suppliment. I have twice the energy and feel just great, better then I have felt in many years. My doctor was amazed at the improvement in my over all health and became interested in reading Brenda's book to help his other patients. I would recomment this book to anyone who wants to improve their health, have more energy and maybe get off some of the doctors medicine they are taking. Another great side effect of the advice in her books and taking the daily suppliments is weight loss. After reading Essential Cleansing I bought more of Brenda Watson's book and have continued to immprove my health and weight loss. I truly believe what she teaches should be taught to doctors in medical school so they can really help and cure their patients instead of giving them drugs that either mask symptoms or create so many side effect that patients sometimes develope more problems and don't know why. It's a great book that doesn't take long to read through and understand. I say, give it a try, you have nothing to loose but bad health and extra pounds.

The author summarizes her cleansing methods for each bodily system in succint prose per system. Other books have more pictures and diagrams and information, but this book is perfect for a short course and summary of how to cleanse.
